Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and implement BIM standards across all architectural projects.
  • Prepare accurate and timely design, tender, and construction documentation.
  • Collaborate with project and construction teams on corenet submissions and updates.
  • Perform model coordination and clash detection using Revit and Navisworks.
  • Analyze design challenges and contribute practical, buildable solutions.
  • Ensure BIM deliverables align with project milestones and authority requirements.
  • Support the architectural team in digital workflows and quality control.
Requirements
  • Degree in architecture or architectural engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM modeller in the architectural field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Skilled in Navisworks for model review and coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and submission processes is an advantage.
