We are seeking a highly skilled digital modeler to join our team. The digital modeler will be responsible for creating and managing detailed digital models of building projects, including all structural, architectural, and MEP components.
Responsibilities include collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to create accurate and detailed 3D models of building projects using BIM software. The digital modeler must ensure that all project models meet industry standards and client requirements and are accurate and up-to-date. Additional responsibilities include working with project teams to resolve design conflicts and coordinate building systems, performing clash detection analysis to identify and resolve any potential construction issues before they occur, generating 2D drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models, maintaining BIM libraries and standards, training and mentoring junior digital modelers, and attending project meetings, providing technical support, and assisting with project delivery.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modelling, preferably in building projects.
- Expertise in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or Navisworks.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and industry best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
