**Data Model Analyst**

**About the Role**

As a Business Analyst, you are a key individual in understanding and identifying business requirements, processes and constraints in order to consult on solutions that will drive greater value into client businesses. On the day-to-day, you will engage with clients and collaborate closely with some of the brightest minds in the Company internal team. You will be an energetic and innovative individual that is passionate about improving and transforming businesses and marketing for the better.

**Responsibilities**
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements related to data and analytics needs for solving all marketing campaign requests.
- Analyse and understand various source systems and related data structures that drive optimization and improvement of marketing campaigns.
- Work with Data Model Engineers and analyse the data models using statistical methodologies for marketing campaigns.
- Understanding complex targeting requirements to generate and deliver Audience Target Group for a wide variety of marketing campaigns.
- Work with teams to develop dashboards, visualisations, automations and other forms of measuring success and understanding of campaign performance.
- Follows established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), change control, release management, and incident management processes while developing and deploying standard reports.
- Perform deep dive analysis to understand drivers of marketing performance to shape ongoing and future campaigns.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency is required in Power BI, R, writing complex SQL, data mapping, and data modelling.
- Experience in working with Azure Synapse, Data Lake, and Azure storage is required.
- Working knowledge of the Extract, Translate, Load (ETL) process of transitioning a variety of data sources into analytical data sources is required.
- Prior experience using Agile methodology and Azure DevOps or equivalent is required
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels and communicate teams' progress to Champions, Stakeholders, and Business Leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence.
- Must be willing to work as a team and also possess the skills to work independently.
- Demonstrated work ethic; ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in an agile environment with effectively working under pressure.
- Must possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical design skills
