We are seeking a skilled data professional to fill a critical role in our organization.

Job Description:

Data analysts will partner with the head of data science to design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models. The role will enable key initiatives in user behavior modeling, retention optimization, personalization, risk management, and growth strategies.

  • Develop and deploy machine learning models for behavior prediction, retention, recommendations, risk assessment, and growth optimization using Python and SQL.
  • Preprocess and engineer features from diverse datasets (logs, transactions, text) for machine learning models.
  • Optimize and validate models through experimentation (A/B testing, hyperparameter tuning) and robust performance metrics.

Main Responsibilities:

Data analysts will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models that drive business outcomes. This includes designing and training models, preprocessing data, and optimizing model performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Python with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Knowledge of large language model libraries (Hugging Face, LangChain).
  • Strong SQL skills for large-scale data analysis.
  • Expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and fine-tuning large language models.
  • Bachelor's or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (PhD preferred).
  • Familiarity with distributed systems (Hadoop, Spark, Hive).
  • Knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
