Digital Model Creator

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM modeller to create and manage detailed digital models of building projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or Navisworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create accurate and detailed 3D models of building projects using BIM software.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project models meet industry standards and client requirements.
- Work with project teams to resolve design conflicts and coordinate building systems.
- Perform clash detection analysis to identify and resolve potential construction issues.
- Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models.
- Maintain BIM libraries and standards, and continuously improve modelling techniques and workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modelling, preferably in building projects.
- Expertise in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or Navisworks.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and industry best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
