**Responsibilities**
- Develop the credit risk scorecard, IRB, Stress testing, scenario analysis and IFRS9 model solutions for SME portfolios.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative review of model development process including underlying assumption, theoretical hypothesis, and statistical testing.
- Develop pricing and valuation models based on risk frameworks.
- Work closely with model validators and provide value added advice on the scorecards and PD/EAD/LGD model for IRB models, IFRS9 models and stress testing models for SME portfolio.
- Engage with regulators and auditors to ensure models are compliant with both regulatory requirements and internal model performance standards.
- Implement and monitor model risk management activities in accordance with defined procedures
- Document and communicate development findings and results to senior management.
- Document and provide references for analytical methodologies, algorithms, procedures, and models.
- Maintain model risk management policy and standards to ensure they are consistent with industry best practices.
- Supervise risk data analytics and model usage.
- Provide assurance to regulators, senior management, and Board on the performance of credit risk models used in risk management, capital computation, provisioning, and stress testing.
- Monitor model performance and accuracy.
- Perform ad-hoc portfolio risk analysis and produce the Key risk indicators for model risk.

**Requirement**
- A good degree, preferably in quantitative discipline.
- Familiar with scorecards and credit risk models used for wholesale portfolio.
- Minimum 7 years of credit risk modelling, credit risk analytics or data analytics in banking industry.
- Good understanding of Basel, IFRS9 and MAS requirements.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Good knowledge on SME credit risk.
- Familiar with SAS, Python or R language.
