
Assistant Manager Strategic Planning

Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing documentation and coordinating internal and external ISO audits.
- Support employee training sessions on ISO standards and monitor compliance metrics.
- Gather and analyze data for KPI tracking and workflow optimization.
- Coordinate workshops to promote best practices across departments.
- Assist in managing sustainability projects and collect data for Life Cycle Assessments (LCA).
- Coordinate ESG reporting for stakeholders.
- Plan and execute CSR initiatives, maintaining relationships with external partners and NGOs.
- Prepare presentations and reports for leadership meetings.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all strategic planning activities.
- Provide logistical support for audits, training, and events.
- Conform with company environmental practices and perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree (Engineering, Quality or Environmental Management)
- 3 - 5 years of experience as a lead auditor.
- Understanding of Company business needs (Voice of Business (VOB)) and customer needs (Voice of Customer (VOC)).
- Proficiency in Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) programs.
- Knowledge of diesel engines.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Certified ISO Lead Auditor or internal quality auditor certifications.
- Familiarity with Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) is advantageous.
