**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Fault Tolerance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing complex digital fault tolerance architectures.

**Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate closely with our design team to ensure seamless integration of digital fault structures into our products.
  • Develop, implement, and verify digital fault schemes on hard-IPs in FPGAs, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Pursue the development and implementation of innovative techniques for testing digital logic using scan compression, stuck-at, transition, and path-delay fault models.
  • Resolve complex scan/MBIST pattern issues on bench/ATE, identifying root causes and driving corrective action.
  • Support diagnosis and yield enhancement initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital fault tolerance.
  • Expertise in creating and implementing complex chip-level digital fault tolerance architectures.
  • Familiarity with DFT implementation, including scan and scan compression at IP and SoC levels.
  • Proficiency in DFT tools, ATPG (stuck-at, at-speed, path-delay), and scan compression.
  • Strong knowledge of logic design using Verilog, synthesis, and static timing analysis (STA).
  • Experience in developing test benches and simulations in RTL/Gate/SDF environments.
  • Familiarity with MBIST is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of FPGA synthesis and design flow is beneficial.
  • Experience with post-silicon debug and bench setup is desirable.
  • Comfortable working in Linux environments and proficient in scripting languages such as Perl, Tcl, Python, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and ability to thrive in a global team environment.
