Job Title: Healthcare Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, comfort, and security of our elderly residents.

Responsibilities include delivering professional nursing care tailored to meet the unique needs of geriatric patients, planning and implementing meaningful activities for senior residents, and maintaining accurate Individual Care Plans with timely updates and documentation.

You will also assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene and grooming, collaborate with caregivers and volunteers in best practices for elderly care, and work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

Our ideal candidate is a motivated and empathetic individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for caring for the elderly, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years of experience working in geriatric care in Singapore
  • ITE Certificate in Home Care or a related healthcare certification
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including 6-day workweeks
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
