Job Summary:
The position of Occupational Therapist is a dynamic role that requires the individual to work with elderly patients, understanding their unique needs and requirements. This role demands a high level of empathy and compassion towards clients who may be struggling with various conditions such as dementia, psychiatric illnesses, musculoskeletal issues, or neurological disorders.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments to identify care needs, implementing regular reviews of care plans, and developing tailored therapy programs for elderly participants. Your expertise in occupational therapy interventions will enable you to create personalized treatment plans that cater to the diverse needs of your clients.

This role also involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care planning, evaluating and optimizing therapy schedules, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. In terms of qualifications, we are seeking candidates with a Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy and full registration with relevant professional bodies.
