Overview We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth through innovative strategies and market expansion initiatives. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs. Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and reports. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company goals. Meet and exceed business development targets and KPIs. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with strong problem‐solving abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team‐oriented environment.
