Process Assurance Analyst

Job Summary:

This role involves ensuring that business processes are efficient and compliant with governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver process management solutions to improve current processes where improvements can be identified and delivered for supported units.
  • Provide risk and governance process support across GIPS units, currently Service Recovery & Change Management (Network).
  • Assist in contract management by reviewing IT schedules for subsidiaries and overseas branches.
  • Maintain an inventory list of EUC tools and ensure compliance with established processes and governance.
  • Document and train staff on established processes to ensure adherence.

Requirements:

We seek a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical and reporting skills, strong internal communications and written/verbal communication skills.

Education: Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science/Banking/Finance/Engineering or related field.
