Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Process Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering process management, process definition and analysis of current processes where improvements can be identified and delivered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver process management solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide risk and governance process support across various units.
  • Support contract management by reviewing IT schedules for subsidiaries and overseas branches.
  • Oversee the control of EUCs (Enterprise User Connections) across units.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Banking, Finance, Engineering or related field.
  • Essential skills include strong attention to detail, excellent analytical and reporting skills, good internal communications, written and verbal communication skills.
