**Senior Business Process Excellence Engineer**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Process Excellence Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process improvement, with experience in implementing lean principles and methodologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and coach employees in Lean and Business Excellence concepts
  • Identify and eliminate waste, drive LEAN principle and methodologies for waste eliminations
  • Facilitate and drive implementation of operations excellence programs
  • Run continuous improvement projects, rapid problem-solving exercises, and other learning events
  • Provide support and assistance to sites/operations/departments with Operations Excellence requirements and promote company initiatives
  • Responsible for country lean reporting and maintain documents based on CEVA Quality Management System (ISO9001 & AS9120)

Requirements:
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • At least 5+ years of work experience in Supply Chain & Logistics field, Process Engineering or Industrial Engineering
  • Experience in ERP system is a must; preferably S4 Hana or the least in SAP
  • Knowledge in Lean, Microsoft Office (Excel , Word, Power Point, Visio)
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis - Excel, Power BI
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Planning, organizing, delegation, and analytical skills
  • Strong negotiation skills, influential, and persuasive
  • Ability to work with different teams and able to work on changes
