Key Elevator Management Role

Job Summary:

This position involves leading a team of elevator engineers and specialists to manage the general elevator matters.

  • Manage elevator operations, plan for upgrades, perform repairs and maintenance, and handle queries related to elevators.

  • Coordinate schedules for elevator specialists and technicians to attend breakdowns, troubleshoot equipment faults, and perform inspections and testing.

  • Present findings on breakdowns and maintenance to clients.

  • Supervise contractors for upgrading or improvement works as needed.

  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • A recognised degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualifications with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Prior experience leading a team is essential.

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
