Service Technician Role

To maintain and service elevators, escalators, and related equipment is a critical function in our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining, servicing, and repairing elevator and escalator systems to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Conducting routine inspections and testing to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Responding to breakdowns and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Staying up-to-date with new technologies and industry developments to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a related field (e.g., maintenance, repair, or operations).
  • Strong knowledge of elevator and escalator systems, including mechanics, electronics, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical stamina to lift, bend, and climb as needed.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
