Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing quality assurance functions with regard to products, processes, and maintaining a quality management system while ensuring compliance with customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and excellent communication skills. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all quality-related activities are executed effectively and efficiently.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and revising quality procedures and quality control instructions. You will also be involved in liaising with customers, vendors, and suppliers on non-conformance activities, performing root cause analysis, and determining effective corrective actions to reduce or eliminate the cost of poor quality.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for performing internal audits to evaluate quality systems, products, and processes. You will also be required to perform vendors' and on-site audits as needed. Your goal will be to drive down monthly Cost of Poor Quality/Scrap.

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering or other relevant disciplines. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Management Systems and NADCAP is also required.
