Overview

Ductwork Sales Manager (Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Pharmaceutical)

Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve goals in healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceuticals.
  • Business Development & Growth : Identify and pursue new opportunities, leveraging industry insights and connections.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Market Research & Insights : Conduct research to track trends, adjust strategies, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiations : Deliver persuasive presentations, negotiate contracts, and secure new business.
  • Team Leadership & Training : Mentor junior staff, providing guidance to help them meet their sales goals.
  • Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure adherence to regulations and mitigate potential sales risks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, finance, and operations for seamless project execution.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background : Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Track Record : Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of ductwork systems and HVAC industry standards.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Independence : Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Travel : Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry Experience : Experience in the ductwork or HVAC industry.
  • Regulatory Knowledge : Familiarity with healthcare facility requirements and regulations.
  • Certifications : Certification in sales or related fields (e.g., CPSP, CSM).
