Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Configuration Configure and customize HR Service Delivery modules including HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and Knowledge Management. Develop HR services, catalog items, workflows, and integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors). Implement Employee Center and HR Service Portal, ensuring intuitive user experience. Configure HR templates, topic categories, and HR profiles. Consulting & Solution Design Translate HR business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Advise HR stakeholders on best practices, process optimization, and automation opportunities using ServiceNow capabilities. Participate in solution design workshops and document functional design specifications. System Support & Enhancement Support ongoing HRSD operations, including break-fix, enhancements, and upgrades. Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with HR data security standards. Collaborate with platform teams for instance maintenance and updates. Collaboration & Governance Work with cross-functional teams (HR, ITSM, Security, Integration) to ensure solution alignment. Participate in ServiceNow governance and change management processes. Document configurations, designs, and standard operating procedures. Required Skills & Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, including 2+ years specifically in HRSD. Strong understanding of HR processes and service delivery models. Proficiency in Flow Designer, Script Includes, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Integration Hub. Experience implementing or supporting Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, or HR Case Management. Knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration and data security (roles, ACLs). Good understanding of integrations with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle HCM). Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and HRSD Implementation Specialist certification preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with ServiceNow HRSD modules. Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
