Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and passionate
Sales Consultant / Stylist
to join the boutique team. Unlike transactional retail, this role demands solution-based consultative selling, multiple client appointments, and the ability to manage the emotional journey of clients and their families. The ideal candidate has proven success in luxury or high-value sales, thrives in client-facing environments, and brings both empathy and commercial drive. Success in this role means consistently exceeding sales targets, building long-term client relationships, and creating unforgettable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver private consultations and fittings, providing personalised luxury styling advice.
Manage the end-to-end client journey: multiple touchpoints, follow-ups, and nurturing until closing.
Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and boutique KPIs.
Provide solution-based recommendations tailored to each client's style, needs, and family dynamics.
Build long-term relationships leading to referrals, repeat business, and brand loyalty.
Represent the boutique and its designers with professionalism, elegance, and deep product knowledge.
Requirements
3-8 years of proven sales experience in consultative, high-value sales (bridal, luxury fashion, beauty aesthetics, spa, interior design, or high-end services).
Strong customer service background, with the ability to build trust quickly and manage emotional, high-stakes decisions.
Passion for fashion, couture styling, and creating unforgettable experiences.
Target-driven, resilient, and motivated by performance and commission.
Polished presentation, excellent communication skills, and strong empathy in client engagement.
Ability to work retail hours, including 1 weekend, and boutique events.
