You will be responsible for scheduling of bridal appointments & fittings, provide personalised advice about wedding looks, responding to enquiries & general administration for the boutique.

You will be operating in a creative, fast-paced, diverse and customer-centric store environment.

You must be resourceful, driven and a service-oriented team player who is able to multi-task and assist with store operations effectively.

You should combine your makeup and styling knowledge with a customer service attitude to help our clients prepare themselves for their special day.

You will boost our store’s reputation as one of the leading bridal galleries in Singapore.

Report to the Gallery Manager.
Manage the general administration of the boutique

Manage bridal appointments and bookings

Schedule for fitting with clients and provide styling recommendation based on each customer’s needs & preference

Establish rapport and cultivate relationship with customers

Daily sales transactions and financial reporting

Coordinate delivery, pick-up and return of dresses

Work closely with the team to achieve the boutique’s sales targets and KPIs

Participate in wedding exhibition/showcase to promote brand to potential clients

Acquiring resources to ensure smooth running of store operations.
