Service Desk Agent (IT Support)Location: AMK / Bedok Employment Type: Full-Time | 1-Year Renewable Contract Salary: Up to $3,100/month Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shift (shift allowance applicable) OR Rotating shifts between 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM (40 hours/week)Inclusive of weekdays, weekends, and public holidays Completion bonus upon successful contract completion Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and customer‐oriented Service Desk Agents to provide first‐level IT support via phone and email. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, logging incidents, and ensuring timely resolution while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Key Responsibilities Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) by answering calls and emails promptly and professionally. Perform first-level troubleshooting and escalated issues to 2nd-level support as required. Track incident status and ensure timely updates are provided to customers. Maintain accurate and complete records of all incidents and service requests. Manage customer expectations and escalated unusual call patterns to the Team Lead. Prioritize and classify incidents according to defined service procedures. Follow up on open cases to ensure timely closure and service delivery within SLAs. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Desk Agent or IT Support role. Strong troubleshooting skills in laptop/desktop hardware and software. Excellent communication and customer handling skills. Ability to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft 365, and Office applications. Minimum Higher NITEC in Information Technology or a related field.
