Key Role: HR and Administrative Specialist
This is an ideal position for a seasoned human resources professional with expertise in payroll management, employee onboarding and offboarding, recruitment, and benefits administration.
Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll and overtime payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle employee work pass applications and cancellations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage the onboarding process, including issuing uniforms to new employees and maintaining uniform inventory.
- Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Ensure timely tax clearance for employees and manage insurance claims for medical and accident benefits.
- Perform other HR-related tasks or projects as required.
- Carry out general office administrative duties, including filing, organizing, and managing office supplies and stock.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR and administration.
