Community Mental Health Programme Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various programmes to support mental health services in the community.
We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Coordinator to join us. The successful candidate will be responsible for updating client data and programme information, and providing support for operational and outreach activities.
Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients and programme information
- Compile and collate data for management reporting purposes
- Ensure proper maintenance of administrative records and office documentation
Outreach Support
- Assist in planning and coordinating outreach activities and events
- Support outreach efforts by engaging with the public at event booths
- Distribute promotional materials and maintain inventory levels
- Collect and consolidate feedback forms from clients and stakeholders
- Compile photos, articles, and relevant documentation for outreach activities
Administration and Reception
- Manage reception duties and provide administrative support to assigned programmes
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Accompany vendors during maintenance or repair works as required
- Coordinate the booking of meeting and counselling rooms
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum Diploma in any discipline, preferably with experience in both office administration and front desk duties. They should have strong organisational and follow-up skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
