
HR Recruitment Operations

Responsibilities
- Provide operational support throughout the recruiting process, including but not limited to fair consideration framework checks, job posting reviews and other pre-onboarding operations.
- Monitor and ensure data integrity across various trackers and systems; investigate discrepancies and escalate findings to leadership and relevant teams.
- Analyze key recruiting metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement; create and deliver reports as needed.
- Support process improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams across the region.
- Present findings on operational issues and provide training or guidance to recruiting teams to support continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data management tools (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, Company sheets), with demonstrated ability to maintain data accuracy.
- Proven ability to support HR/ recruiting processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive or time-critical matters using sound judgment and discretion.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work independently in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
- 2 years of experience in recruiting or recruiting operations/projects, with a focus on process improvement.
- Experience leading or contributing to at least 2 cross-functional recruiting or HR process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with regional employment laws and compliance requirements related to hiring.
- Prior experience developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) or process documentation used across teams.
- Exposure to global or regional recruiting environments, with a demonstrated ability to navigate cultural nuances.
