Job Title:

Excellence Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Excellence Support Specialist.

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support in various aspects of business excellence, including document preparation, communication, logistics, data analysis, and process improvement.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • They will also possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • In addition, they will have experience in using Microsoft Office applications and Sharepoint.

Responsibilities:

  • Document Preparation: Assist in preparing minutes, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Enhance Communication and Coordination: Handle routine inquiries and tasks to facilitate better team and department communication.
  • Logistics Support for Events: Coordinate events such as Kaizen Presentation Meetings.
  • Business Review Preparation: Provide critical support for business review preparation.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on KPIs.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to streamline operations.
  • Project Support: Support operational excellence projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Documentation and Communication: Keep documentation related to processes and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in administrative support.
  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, English proficiency level.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Sharepoint experience.
  • Able to work independently within a team environment.
  • Display high level of professionalism and integrity.
