Job Title: Manufacturing Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Excellence Specialist to ensure the quality of our precision manufactured products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create specifications and develop inspection plans for products.
  • Support inspection processes for in-process, incoming, and outgoing parts.
  • Train personnel on quality check points and measurement methods.
  • Work with Production, Toolroom, and Suppliers to address quality issues.
  • Manage and maintain all measuring and testing equipment.
  • Assist Engineers as needed.
  • Help Engineers update monthly quality control reports.
  • Support other quality-related tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Able to read engineering drawings.
  • Good reporting and administrative skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Experience with measuring tools.
