Job Requirements:
- Citizenship in Singapore, with a Higher Nitec or Diploma qualification and 2-3 years of experience in HR Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Chinese, as collaboration with colleagues and team members from diverse linguistic backgrounds is essential.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the organization.
- Provide administrative support and assistance as needed.
- Manage work pass-related matters, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Process reimbursement claims through the government online portal.
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes, release, and outprocessing of employees.
- Maintain accurate staff attendance records.
- Ensure the office remains well-maintained and arrange for necessary repairs and housekeeping services.
- Oversee fuel card and cash card management.
- Liaise with government agencies, such as MOM, LTA, IRAS, NEA, and others, on related matters.
- Handle and follow up on insurance claims and renewals.
- Maintain up-to-date insurance records and ensure timely renewal of office, workmen's compensation, medical, and vehicle insurance policies.
- Perform additional duties assigned by superiors.
