The role of a Customer Service Specialist and Administrative Support involves handling various tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our business. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries from customers promptly and professionally
  • Assist customers with order placements, delivery schedules, and product/service information
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain good relationships with clients and follow up on customer feedback

Administrative Support:

  • Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, document preparation, and photocopying
  • Maintain and update customer records and databases accurately
  • Assist in preparing reports, quotations, invoices, and delivery orders
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth operations
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred
