Job Scope
- Provide setup & service for breakfast/lunch/dinner operations
- Conduct and perform sequence of service independently
- Possess knowledge of beverage service sequences
- Conduct and perform canapés/cocktail service
- Able to brew coffee manually and with machines
- Have basic F&B Banquets knowledge and understanding of room configurations
- Read and interpret F&B requirements from BEOs
- Conduct effective operations briefings & deployment for casual staff (up to 20 casuals)
- Understand procedures for Cash Float, Concession Stand, and Cash Bar
- Handle POS EDC Machines setup & usage proficiently
- Follow ‘OneMBS’ F&B Standards
- Basic computer skills (Prosoft, Microsoft Excel & Word)
- Prepare handover reports & input data into daily banquet summaries
- Know emergency contact procedures
- Manage station of 20 tables for meals
- Coordinate small conferences of up to 200 pax
- Maintain storage areas with proper supplies, organization, and cleanliness
- Address cleanliness and organization issues as needed
- Respond promptly to guest requests
- Assist with additional tasks assigned by the Manager on Duty
Job Requirements
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of F&B operations and safety standards
- Professional appearance and grooming
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Prepare for monthly stock and inventory checks as directed
- Ensure cleanliness of operating pantries
