Job Title: Aftersales Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Aftersales Support Specialist. In this position, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and maintain strong relationships.

  • Collaborate closely with partners to drive business growth through effective relationship management.
  • Analyze customer data to identify areas of improvement and support strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service standards.
  • Manage customer feedback channels to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Support aftersales procurement projects to drive cost-efficiency and adherence to company policies.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to achieve business objectives and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering or Marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role; fresh graduates with strong analytical skills will also be considered.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
