Aftersales Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Support Specialist to join our team. As an Aftersales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- To attend to client enquiries related to machinery breakdowns, locally and internationally.
- To administer procedures for equipment breakdowns and follow up on actions taken.
- To liaise with factory personnel and report on machinery breakdowns.
- To provide solutions to clients experiencing machinery breakdowns.
- To coordinate and attend to product warranties and claims.
- To source local and international suppliers of spare parts at regular intervals to update price information and inventory.
- To ensure the maintenance and upkeep of company-owned machinery and premises in showroom condition.
- To ensure the control of spare parts and components to support the rental and sales of machinery in the Singapore market.
- To coordinate maintenance schedules for aftersales staff and communicate with clients.
- To ensure proper documentation for ISO procedures and statutory requirements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:At least 2 years of experience in a similar industry.Initiative and self-drive to achieve objectives.Proactivity in identifying market opportunities and problem-solving.Proficiency in English and Mandarin, including local dialects.Technical knowledge of heavy construction machinery is an added advantage.Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of people.Keenness to listen and a team-player.Willingsness to travel.
