Aftersales Support Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Support Specialist to maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors, analyze customer data to identify upselling opportunities, and champion digital solutions to enhance customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with principals to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and contractors.
  • Analyze customer data to identify potential upselling opportunities and support strategic initiatives that drive retention, throughput, and revenue growth.
  • Champion digital solutions to enhance customer experience and expand market reach.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors, ensuring compliance and performance against contractual obligations.
  • Manage feedback channels (voice-of-customer surveys, call centre, email) to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Assist in aftersales procurement projects, ensuring cost-efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and monitor initiatives and strategies to achieve business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as parts purchase targets, group financial targets, and customer retention.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Marketing equivalent.
  • 2 years of relevant experience (automotive or aftersales preferred). No prior experience with data analytics will be considered.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • An analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
