Job Title: Aftersales Concierge

Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional service support to Aftersales customers by managing service bookings, responding to customer inquiries, and offering administrative assistance to the department.

  • Manage service bookings for Aftersales customers efficiently and effectively
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer phone call enquiries
  • Provide administrative support to the team as required
  • Assist with any other tasks assigned by your superior

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE O Level qualifications
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Able to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend
