Job Title: Senior Production Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Production Coordinator to oversee and manage our production teams, ensuring timely completion of tasks and implementing process improvements.

  • Mentor and guide production staff to achieve team objectives
  • Analyze production processes to identify areas for optimization and improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflows and resolve issues
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures to meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Prepare production reports and provide recommendations to senior management

Requirements:

  • Significant experience as a Production Supervisor or Team Leader in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and resource management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate teams
  • Proficient in data analysis and report generation
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges
  • Relevant qualifications in operations, supply chain, or a related field
