We are currently looking for talented individuals to join us for the below role:

Coordinator, Preservation

Location: Metropolis, Buona Vista, Singapore.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preservation planning and preparation: Review supplier/OEM preservation procedures for compliance, provide comments, review/project preservation procedures, and ensure client requirements are incorporated.
  • Review and approve yard preservation procedures and ensure company requirements are met.
  • Coordinate preservation activities, including procurement of tools and materials, manpower planning, and setup of preservation database.
  • Ensure preservation execution, including inspections, documentation, surveillance, training, risk assessments, and safety practices.
  • Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance, support, and effective preservation activities.
  • Manage preservation costs and relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with HSEQ and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technical certificate.
  • At least 3 FPSO preservation projects experience.
  • Minimum 6 years in EPC of offshore oil and gas or FPSO projects.

Technical competencies:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, project management software, CMS systems.
  • Knowledge of preservation management, methods, quality assurance, HSSE requirements.
  • Experience with electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, rotating/static equipment, piping preservation.
  • Understanding of FPSO systems and certification processes.
  • Strong contractual, analytical, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of industry standards.
