The Opportunity – Senior Business Director
As a Senior Business Director , you'll play a vital role in connecting purpose-driven individuals with programs designed to support their evolution. You'll engage in consultative conversations, offer valuable insights, and guide clients through a structured process that helps them take the next step with confidence.
This is not a transactional role. It's an opportunity to apply your leadership, relationship-building, and business acumen in a way that creates tangible, positive impact—for others and for yourself.
What You'll Be Doing

• Initiating thoughtful, strategic outreach via LinkedIn, Meta platforms, and other digital tools
• Leading values-aligned conversations that focus on client needs, goals, and readiness
• Guiding prospective clients through a proven discovery framework
• Managing engagement through tools such as CRM software, Zoom, and email
• Participating in regular development sessions with peers and leadership
• Tracking personal benchmarks and evolving your strategies based on experience and feedback
  

Who This Role Is Ideal For

• 7+ years of experience in business development, consulting, partnerships, or related client-facing roles
• Natural communicator with the ability to lead conversations with clarity, respect, and insight
• Organized, proactive, and committed to high standards of personal performance
• Aligned with themes of leadership, coaching, or personal development
• Comfortable using digital platforms and quick to adapt to new systems
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Experience with digital outreach or advertising tools is helpful (training is provided)
