Job Title: Senior Business Director

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Business Director to lead our company in achieving its business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth, improve operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration, driving business success and exceeding targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers and partners, to foster business growth and development.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop growth strategies to capitalize on emerging trends and market demands.
  • Lead recruitment, training and performance management of staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field (diploma holders with strong experience may be considered).
  • Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to management.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good financial acumen and familiarity with budget management, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving profitability.
