About The Role Responsible for managing day-to-day HR operational activities, advising managers and employees on complex HR operational services and policies, and supporting HRBPs on business initiatives. Responsibilities Ensure all HR service deliveries and support processes are on track, delivering a consistent and high-quality experience to users. Advise employees on inquiries and help them understand HR policies and guidelines. Ensure employee inquiries logged through Workday case management are promptly addressed. Process employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding and off-boarding. Ensure data accuracy, process compliance and efficient support across the employee lifecycle. Enhance content management portal and improve knowledge articles. Partner with HRIS on Workday enhancements. Identify process and operation improvement opportunities. Support and participate in the implementation and improvement of HR processes, systems, tools and activities aligned with HR/business initiatives. Work closely with HR Business Partners and provide support in the delivery of HR services, advisory, initiatives and projects as assigned. Minimum Job Requirements Degree with minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist. Strong knowledge of MOM Workpass processes and local legislation (e.g., Employment Act). Advanced proficiency in Workday and MS Office. Meticulous with strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to produce high-quality, accurate information. Self-starter with the ability to research and propose solutions. Team player who can function effectively and independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to operate with integrity when handling highly confidential information. Keen interest in applying robotics to work processes.
