We are recruiting analysts who wish to pursue a career in corporate advisory profession. The analysts will have exposure to various corporate advisory project such as fund raising, merger & acquisition, feasibility studies and valuation project. Additionally, the role will have direct client interaction in managing corporate advisory assignments.
- Perform corporate advisory work such as fund raising, merger & acquisition, valuation for transactions and financial reporting purposes;
- Develop financial models and draft reports which include industry & market analysis;
- Coordinate with client, auditor & other professionals and provide the support in relation to the corporate advisory projects;
- Undertake site visit to understand the business operations (where required)
- Assist in client sourcing, deal sourcing and preparation of marketing materials

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: Up to $5,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Auditing: 1 year (preferred)

- Corporate finance: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Chartered Financial Analyst (preferred)
- Chartered Accountant of Singapore (preferred)
