Drive Business Growth in Japan

This senior role involves developing strategic partnerships to expand our presence in the recruitment industry.

  • Develop and execute a business growth strategy for Japan, leveraging existing networks and identifying new opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, providing tailored solutions to their recruitment needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of services and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform our business strategy, driving growth and expansion.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of corporate service/solutions sales experience in Japan.
  • A proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships.
  • Fluency in Japanese language and a strong network in the industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
