Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer service at all times, ensuring a smooth and timely check-in/check-out process for guests.
  • Develop thorough understanding of hotel room categories, room rates, and other product knowledge necessary to perform Front Office operations effectively.
  • Proactively assist guests with enquiries relating to their stay, following up promptly on guest requests and needs.
  • Maintain an accurate cash float and perform accounting duties.
  • Contribute to team goals by taking on ad-hoc duties as assigned.

  • Fluent communication skills in English.
  • Independent work style with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to work day shifts and night shifts.
