Job Title: Front Desk Officer

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Officer. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle phone calls and answer general enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
* Greet, check in and announce customers' arrival with a smile
* Manage the Sales Executive turn system to ensure seamless customer flow
* Maintain a clean and tidy showroom, including display cars (interior and exterior)
* Provide refreshments to customers and offer them a comfortable waiting experience

Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred
* Excellent communication and social skills, with a high level of service attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic MS Office and data entry skills
* Willingness to work on weekends and Public Holidays
