Restaurant Management Position

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, driving top-line revenue and profit through effective leadership and team management.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive restaurant revenue, including promotions, events, and guest loyalty initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with culinary teams, other departments, and external partners to ensure seamless operations and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Manage inquiries for events, private rooms, and restaurant buyouts, from initial contact to closing the sale.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, including HACCP regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Food and Beverage/Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel or free-standing restaurant and bar environment, minimum 2 years in similar position.
  • Warm, pleasant, friendly and confident, with good interpersonal skills.
  • Possess good command of English.
  • Positive attitude and team player with ability to work independently, thrive under pressure and come up with proactive solutions.
  • Service oriented with an eye for details, passion and innovative for Food & Beverage.
  • Strong rapport building and coordination actions together with Restaurant Chef In-Charge.
  • Sense of urgency and able to prioritize.
  • Familiar with LQA and Forbes standards.
  • Ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with staff and clients/vendors.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Familiar with HACCP requirements.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety rules and procedures.
