About the Role

Our Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management. The successful candidate will also analyze sales data and member feedback to identify opportunities for improvement, foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development, and ensure that customers receive outstanding service and have a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Analyze sales data and member feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development.
  • Ensure that customers receive outstanding service and have a memorable dining experience.
Requirements
To succeed as a Restaurant Manager , you will need:
  • 3 years of prior experience in management and wine service, preferably in upscale dining settings.
  • Strong hospitality and leadership skills, coupled with in-depth wine knowledge and passion for customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Proficiency in reservation and point-of-sale systems.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
