About this Role

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with clients and stakeholders to identify and prioritize facility needs;
  • Developing and implementing effective maintenance programs to ensure optimal facility performance;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track facility performance and identify areas for improvement;
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards;
  • Managing budgets and resources to optimize facility operations and minimize costs;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency;
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance facility operations;
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to remain competitive.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a similar capacity;
  • Proven track record of success in managing large-scale facilities and teams;
  • Excellent communication and project management skills;
  • A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards;
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
