Job Title: Maintenance and Facilities Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Facilities Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of building structures, both inside and outside.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in building maintenance.

The role involves handling repairs and servicing of fixtures, fittings, and related facilities. You will also liaise with contractors for the maintenance and statutory certification of lifts and cranes.

A key aspect of this role is overseeing and coordinating contractors to ensure proper execution of works. Additionally, you will maintain the overall condition, cleanliness, and safety of the premises and surrounding areas.
