Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Professional to oversee the upkeep and repair of our buildings, equipment, and other facilities.

  • Manage maintenance tasks to ensure safe and effective operations.
  • Perform regular checks to identify areas needing maintenance, repair, or enhancement.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and service providers on facility-related projects.
  • Organizing office space planning, including workstation arrangement and minor renovations.
  • Overseeing inventory management for facility tools and equipment.
  • Addressing facility-related issues, incidents, or emergencies promptly.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in facilities or building management.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, safety regulations, and maintenance practices.
