- Handle a portfolio of projects assigned to ensure timely completion.">
- Manage contract agreements with contractors and vendors.">
- Coordinate ad-hoc rectification works with technicians.">
- Address car park-related matters, including collections and refunds.">
- Process complimentary tickets and follow up with contractors on rectification works.">
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.">
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing various aspects of facilities management.
">This includes overseeing project operations, managing contracts, coordinating with technicians, addressing car park-related matters, processing complimentary tickets, and performing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Facilities Management / Building Services / Engineering or equivalent.">
- Min. 3 years of relevant experiences in facilities management.">
- Independent, meticulous, tactful and able to work in a fast-paced environment.">
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.">
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications.">
- Full-Time position(s) available.">
