Facilities Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of quality and excellence in all facilities and equipment.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment by ensuring that all facilities and equipment are properly serviced and repaired.
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure that repairs and maintenance work is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and control utilities consumption to minimize costs.
  • Supervise and train facilities staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve facilities management processes and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in facilities management, preferably in a large organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations, including risk assessment and compliance.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management, including cost control and asset management.
